Virgin Holidays is one of the world’s leading travel brands, offering unique holiday experiences across a wide variety of destinations.

We were approached by the travel giant to evolve the brand so that it aligns with the new positioning ‘Everyone can take on the world’.

Emotions

Research has shown that, although people dream of their next holidays and already know their next destinations, they put off bookings as they believe that these dream-like Virgin Holidays are not accessible to everyone.

In a growing ‘experience economy’ the brand had to stay true to its audience and showcase to them that Virgin Holidays are for everyone and the time is now.

We refreshed the full brand language to underpin and support the new positioning and to engage new audiences.

To evolve the brand and communicate the new Virgin Holidays story in a consistent way, we produced guidelines which were also translated across print, digital and motion. These were also aligned with the ongoing ATL campaign ‘Seize the holiday’.

Impact

We helped Virgin Holidays achieve a strong brand synergy, aligning its visual identity to the deeper emotional connection, to revive the brand for a more robust customer experience.
